We pull the architectural, structural, and partition schedule. We RFI on anything unclear before we mobilize, not after.

Coordination

We coordinate layout with mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler trades up front. Saves rework, saves your schedule.

Install

Layout, tracks, studs, headers, bulkheads, ceiling framing. Daily site clean-up. Daily progress updates if you want them.

Inspection & hand-off

We walk it with the inspector and your PM. Punch list items handled before drywall mobilizes.

Do you frame for GCs only, or can owners hire you directly?

Both. Most of our commercial framing is sub-contracted under a GC, but we also work directly with property owners and tenants on smaller TIs and renovations where a full GC is not engaged.

Are you set up for after-hours and occupied buildings?

Yes. We have framed plenty of TIs in occupied Calgary office and retail space: night work, weekend work, dust control, the lot.

Do you carry the right insurance and WCB?

Yes. Hysi Framing carries the full commercial liability insurance and active WCB coverage that Calgary GCs and property managers require.

Do you do steel-stud and wood?

Yes, both, plus mixed assemblies. We will tell you honestly which is better suited to your project if there is a choice.
