    Site visit & diagnosis

    We come look. Half the value is figuring out what actually went wrong.

    Engineer (if needed)

    Structural fixes get stamped engineering. Insurance and inspectors require it; so do we.

    Open, repair, rebuild

    We open the affected area, repair the structure, and put it back ready for drywall and finish.

  4. 04

    Documented hand-off

    Photos before and after, engineer sign-off where applicable, paperwork for insurance.

Can you tell me what is wrong without opening the wall?
Often, yes, based on the symptoms (floor slope, crack patterns, door swing) and a careful look at the structure from accessible angles. For an actual repair quote we usually need to open a small area to confirm.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. We work with insurance restoration GCs across Calgary on fire, water, and structural damage claims, and we are happy to document for an owner-led claim.
Will you tell me if it does not need a major repair?
Yes. The best outcome is often a smaller, targeted fix. If your problem is cosmetic and not structural, we will tell you that.
Do you handle just framing, or also drywall and finishes?
We frame. We hand off to drywall, paint, flooring, and trim as required. We can coordinate with those trades or work alongside the ones you already have.
